Shutenmaru fought with Inu equaly! so he is as strong as Inu and Neko. This argument alone is enough, to see that they are equaly strong. Carrot also said it. And his feat against Jack is basicaly the same, as Inu's and Neko's feat against him. They all could Show some impressive feats. They are able to fight him, but not to win against him. And this was against his human form, not hybrid.
In shutenmaru's and Jack's clash, we could see that Jack could push him away, overpower him. Shutenmaru is not stronger than jack or at his level - they can't beat a human form Jack, but this guy also have a hybrid form, which will make him even stronger.
Hybrid Jack > Human form Jack > Shuten, Inu and Neko.

it was said he is top 3 samurai and it was made a deal about oden taking down shuten maru, I think it was said he was even the strongest bandit in wano. minks are not part of 3 top samurais. since they buddies, they just clashed and holding back, but with jack he went for the kl, he was not holding back at all. and he got the most impressive introduction from all scabbards, wrecking calamity. same calamity both minks kings and their nation lost to. it would be the equivalent of kawamatsu introduced in udon wrecking queen instead of BM.

So Shutenmaru was Holding back against Inu, but Inu was going serious trying to kill Shuten? yeah sure...non of them wanted to kill the other obviously. Oda showed us them Fighting toe to toe and even carrot said they are equally...what other prove do you Need?

Inu stopped Jack's trunk with just one Hand and Neko used a Judo throw on hi.

Non of them lost in a 1 vs 1 against Jack, but if they wouldn't switch at day and night, they would lose the 1 vs 1. What did Shutenmaru more impressive here? He even got cut by Jack Right after their clash...

he didn't get cut. jack got cut and was full of bandages after the battle had to take care of him. he was fine after minks battle.

idk man Inu and Neko fought him for 5 days and they didn't even scratched him i think at least Shuten Denjiro and Kawamatsu are > Jack maybe = Queen but sure < King

(Keep in mind that Jack is "only" 28 not even in his prime he will get stronger but now these 3 can take him out in an All out fight (imho ofc))
