1v1 fights can potenially be where a character gets to shine most, even a seemingly inconsequential fight like Franky vs Señor Pink was an amazing showing for both character's abilities and personalities.
I agree that Sasaki might be a cool guy, but i doubt he would just betray Kaido or something, he seems to like conflict if anything lol.
There's also theories surrounding Sasaki that he might be Kokoro's son so an interaction with Franky would make even more sense if that ends up being true.

She can’t step away from Momo because if she does, one of Sasaki’s men could just take a shot at Momo and kill him. This has nothing to do with power levels.
