Nah. I think Franky will fight a strong Vice Admiral imo
Not sure if he can still fight however.

I think he should fight people his size honestly , the fight would look so much appealing and sparkling, as well.
In fact he will probably fight Juan Wolf, the only BB Pirate that looks like a great fit for him.
All the haters in this thread need to step back and consider reality - if Luffy’s crew mates aren’t strong enough to at least go all out against an admiral by the time that he becomes Pirate King, then he won’t reach that lofty position, full stop. Franky himself said a few chapters ago that he, Nami, and every other Straw Hat can’t be afraid to face these monumental opponents if they’re going to rule the seas like we all know they will. Moreover, the connection between Franky and Kizaru may be a bit tenuous, but there’s conjectural evidence to suggest it could happen, Vegapunk’s existence being the foremost piece at the moment. Y’all have got to stop viewing OP through the lens of powerscaling the so-called “top tiers” and realize that PIS has and will always come out on top; even if Franky wouldn’t be strong enough by then - and I haven’t seen a good argument as to why that would be the case - the narrative dictates that he and the others do their part to help their captain fulfill his dream.
