I still dont understand how tf was bellamy able to damage luffy there... Luffy trained for 2 years, and was stronger last time when he fought bellamy, how is it possible for bellamy to train his armament harder in 2 years than Luffy.

ISDS is a situational and powered up version of SS which can be used when Zoro has great momentum. It is not a technique Zoro can use casually I think.

CoA strenght is different of CoA skill.
Pre-Wa No luffy have stronger CoA but not all CoA skills.
But if you think it's the same I hope you think Luffy have now a way stronger CoA than zoro.

Even Wano Luffy with a direct haki clash with Ulti got his haki broken. Again his haki got broken by Ulti.
Then we have Yamato no selling an Elephant Gun with haki

Whiles Zoro is confirmed haki > Kinemon who cuts Kaido
