I don't think Kaido and Big Mom gave Katakuri to birth together, she has so many sons and daughters, it is way more feasible that these guys were simply enrolled in the crew at some specific times of the story of the Big Mom Pirates.

And this started to happen once she left Rocks, Kaido and the others and her dominium over the territories she currently rules over commenced.

Kata was 10 at the incident of God Valley so depending on how long the Rocks pirates lasted that would rule out Xebec and Shiki.
Buggy is 10 years younger than Katakuri so that rules him out.
