The debate is if Apoo can see the attack, or if he wasnt and there fore zoro landed a sneak attack, so I followed with why was he not able to dodge it.

We can see he is occupied by Drake, also previously at the same time Apoo was able to not only dodge their attacks simultaniously but able to block it simultaniously as well. So now all the sudden he can't see Zoro's attack because he wasn't focused on him at the time

After scans come out I will make a poll and the margin will be quite large

I mean Apoo can see the attack, we get his reaction on panel. He can't dodge because he is blocking X Drake while Zoro attacks him, which is also shown on panel.

We don't really need to make any wild speculations here, everything is rather clear..
