We now know that Kaido is stronger than Mihawk. We've also seen characters claim that Big Mom is as strong as Kaido in this very arc, while no such claim was made about Mihawk. We've also seen Mihawk himself thinking that there's a gap separating him from Whitebeard at Marineford.

Things are not looking good when it comes to Mihawk vs Yonko.

Mihalwk is Shanks level. Yonkou Level.

I would say it's more of a surprise attack. Either way it isn't an attack he would easily land in a 1 on 1. It isn't fair to use this against Apoo. I was one of the people fiercely defending Zoro taking serious damage in his fight against Killer due to a surprise attack. Surprise attacks really shouldn't be counted.

That is a fair point you make. To that Zoro point I am on the side where it was Zoro's fault for being Naive and ignoring Gyukimaru and Killer was able to take advantage. Zoro was able to tank the attack and then beat Killer

Apoo earlier was able to dodge drake and zoro so my train of thought is that this situation should not be any different from the former situations and Apoo doesnt seem to be able to tank the attack based off zoro taking the virus and giving it to chopper

That trio only need to focus on Kaido. BM won't fall in this arc (and there is no need for it) and there is Marco who is enough to stall her for hours. And BM has even her own plans, maybe Kaido would get a cheap shot, who knows.
The rest of the alliance would deal with all the others. (Jack is supposedly pretty injured btw)

Yes you are literally speculating he wasnt able to block zoro's attack because he was too occupied, when he literally saw it coming

2nd there are two instances where apoo was able to fend off both Zoro and Drake at the same time and now this instance is different

How does him seeing it coming but being occupied with X Drake help your argument here ?

There's no way you can work it out that Oda is using X Drake to keep Apoo in a clash while Zoro attacks him in order to make it clear that this is meant to be taken as Zoro being able to do that regardless of X Drake.

Since you know, Oda would have drawn it like that instead if that was the case maybe ?
