That's a very biased opinion that just decides to ignore Oda drawing X Drake in a clash with Apoo while the attack happens.

Sorry man, i was ready to give Zoro as much credit as he deserves here. I initially thought this was a legit 1 vs 1, and i'd have made 0 excuses for Apoo if that was shown to be the case. You can find my posts laughing my ass at him thinking he got one shoted initially.

I don't think there's any debate about how things went down after seeing these images. X Drake and Apoo keep each other busy while Zoro launches that attack.

It's still a cool moment, drawn nicely and all, no need to push for something that did not happen.

With Kaido's arrogance and confidence and with Kidd and Luffy with new powers and Law as a support, they can use Kaido for a punching bag for some time and deal to him decent damage at the start of the fight.


He was talking with Drake lol. Zoro ignored him for some time cause he was looking at Chopper and the ice oni transformation.

I personally don't think he's far inferior to Zoro. They have completely different fighting styles and Zoro in this situation had the advantage. Look at Ace vs Blackbeard for example. Ace stood no chance against Blackbeard in hand to hand combat, but when Ace opened up some distance he was able to hit Blackbeard with a good few moves. Zoro here didn't have to try to get close to Apoo because Drake was already fighting him.

Look at it like this. Apoo is fruit reliant when it comes to offense. One attack from his fruit knocked Luffy out (for a second or 2), cut Zoro, and had Kidd reeling for a bit.

A fight between Zoro and Apoo could go either way based off what I've seen so far. I'm leaning more towards Zoro but you have to admit that Apoo is a serious threat. Lockdown defense capable of holding off Hybrid X Drake. On top of that if you don't cover your ears he can bombard you with explosions, slashes and whatever else he has in his arsenal from RANGE.

It definitely can lead to being shat on but sometimes that's life. I don't doubt you're a wonderful person in real life, just keep it real on the internet bro.
