It's sad to see how little some people know about One Piece. Big Mom is weaker than Shiki. That is a stated fact. Even in her 40s, Roger, Whitebeard, Shiki were the 3 most notorious pirates, as per databooks. (And before people diss databooks about Shanks, they never stated when he became a Yonko. All the info they have is 100% correct.)
Kaido had to give permission for Big Mom to be unchained. That means chains worked on her. So yes, Impel Down can house anyone but Shanks.

Yes, yes it is. It was able to hold Shiki who I have as >=Kaidou who is tha current strongest emperor. And he only got out cause tha bitch can fly lol
So Teach is tha current weakest emperor, and Shanks is twice as strong as Teach the right? Assuming you using bounty as a direct 1:1 scale

He thinks BM is stronger than Shiki because she was grouped with Whitebeard , Kaido , and Rocks , while Shiki with Captain John , Silver Axe , and Ouchoku/Wang Zhi
What i get from this is that , Shiki was indeed weaker than BM/Whitebeard/Kaido/Rocks , but at that time he could very well have not eaten Fuwa Fuwa no Mi

Probably yes. Impel Down is the answer Marine have for each prisoner. Either they can send em there or execute em.
Since Shiki was already there, other Top tiers must also be put there.
During ID arc, Marine forces were divided or focused on MF, else they have everything secured from Gates to backup Marine forces when required. I am sure an Admiral can also head down there as and when required.
And like Will of mY D pointed out above, they must take in necessary precautions for Yonkou, like BM n Kaidou being physical monster woukd be kept in strongest of Sea stone chains. Sword man can be simply contained in by takin theit swords from em.
But there is alao the case of Kaidou. Breaking out of shackles and when attempted to execute, i figure he did that while being transported on ships and not in ID. Since only Shiki has been told to escape ID in the past before ID arc.

Also being notorious decades ago doesnt mean you're stronger than a CURRENT yonko

Her strength at age 5 > Giants
Therefore, She is CLEARLY much more of a physical Hulk than Shiki
So, restraining her, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHO WAS MORE POWERFUL, is a much harder task than restraining Shiki. Once you get rid of the Fuwa Fuwa powers with Kairouseki, he's not much of a difficult prisoner. Linlin is a different story.

I believe Shiki has a greater role in the story, he considers this era as lukewarm era & I would like to see him again as he is different from other top tiers & is really funny, chapter 0 shows that & his plan to end the lukewarm era (whatever it may be) will be a game changer. Imagine if he can just lift the objects without touching. He would be overpowered
