I wouldn't say multi continent level but natsu is at the very least continent level or a little above and kaido haven't shown feats of that level yet

acnologia has shown feats of continent level while being nerfed badly

current natsu can be compared to him not fully tho

The Continental level stuff comes from that Etherion weapon according vsbattles. It was stated to be able to destory a country (note countries in FT are way larger) and it looks like they just scaled the top tiers of the verse off that, hence why they have them at multi continental. Though based off of feats, they’re beyond merely Island level.

As even characters like Brandish were capable of Island lvl feats early on in the final arc:

I can see Natsu winning, his DC is just too incredible... probably in One Piece terms country level or above. I can see Kaido close that but not quite if we are talking about not simply aftermath of the impact. So my money is on the FT character.
