What will happen in chapter 1000?

The problem here is that Zoro is the one being blamed as the guy going around killing everyone. So it doesn't help his defense if he kills the guy who is making the accusations against him, in front of dozens of people. Now, people have even MORE reason to believe that Zoro is the actual killer, if he flat out killed someone in front of everyone. Do you see what I am saying here?
If he didn't kill him he'd still have the accusations of being the serial killer either way AND the murdering magistrate would be on the loose. At least in this case Zoro doesn't have to worry about the Magistrate murdering others. If killing the guy causing the murders isn't in the cards, then running would be the best option since Zoro wouldn't be labeled "The Magistrate Slasher" and be hunted for cutting down an official.

How so, if the Magistrate is still alive, then he can be exposed. Any chance of that goes out the window with his death. Especially if the one accused of killing everyone is the one who killed the Magistrate, if front of tons of people.
