My comprenhension problems = "King and Queen who were teased with this cliffhanger also didn't do anything to stop the straw hats " (your message) = I didnt understand your headcanon, I should have think that two small size panels about the strongest Kaido's officers at the final of the chapter were meant that they will take action in the next chapter instead of thinking that Oda gave them that small place in the page cause they are the most important in the crew after Kaido and it was important to reassert their value.
