I doubt he can but it's not impossible.

I expect Robin to easily counter any giant, even someone the size of Oars however, on the other hand.

Franky can technically keep building larger and larger robots but I doubt we will see a bigger version.

Yeah exactly my point, a real shame there's no other fishman beast currently alive and possessing no DF other than Jinbe.
