I think that we dont see any spoiler hinting at any major development happening for Sanji unless someone interferes and frees up his arms. Which I dont see coming until after 1000

It is very clear Oda is using that web around Sanji's arms as a plot armor to stall Sanji, because he was able to break it easily with his legs. I dont get the plot armor, and it's stupid but whatevs.
