Franky's dream is to make a ship that can conquer the grandline like the Orojackson did, but he's also aiming for technological advancement in general. Chopper's is essentially to create whatever the thing that will cure all disease. Essentially an engineer and a doctor.

In One Piece the guy who is the top Engineer & the guy who is the top Doctor are one and the same, aka Dr. Vegapunk.

So will Franky & Chopper surpass Vegapunk in their respect fields OR will Vegapunk remain the top guy in science and technology?
