Tier 1: Luffy and Zoro
Tier 2: Sanji, Jimbei and Franky
The rest are not fighting but if I had to guess
Tier 3: Robin and Brook
Tier 4: Usopp, Nami and Chopper
All we can tell is that Luffy and Zoro are the strongest.
As for who is stronger between Sanji, Jimbei it is unknown at the moment.
At the moment it is looking more like, Worstgen duo followed by the rest

Because Sanji is too strong to have a serious fights. He's usually one shots his enemies or get interrupted during the fights. He never uses Anti-Manner Kick Course for example.

Jinbei uses armament haki.
Jinbei uses the same technique against Wadatsumi and didn't knock either Big Mom or Wada out. Jinbei is overrated.
While Sanji knocked Wadatsumi out completely.

Sanji's literally speed blitzed Raisin. And Raisin was a swordsman specializes in Armament Haki. And he have a black blade which is one of the most impressive feat in OP.

Sanji stops King's kicks like it was nothing. King's beak also got bend by Sanji's RS and King also runs away from Sanji after knowing that he can't damage Sanji.

Not only King can't damage Sanji's RS but King also got his beak bend by Sanji's RS LMAO.

Yes yes, this is 2005 all over again when people thought that Franky is stronger than Sanji. Jinbei will replace Sanji, Yamato will replace Sanji, Carrot will replace Sanji, Caesar will replace Sanji, Enel will replace Sanji, Smoker will replace Sanji, etc.
