Might be Zoro as swords are more 'lethal' than fists and he's probably the best swordsman on the roof. Tbh, as someone else said, I can't imagine her bleed.

Hopefully Luffy, it would make sense, cause all suggests he is ostensibly painted as MVP against her for the future events. Or else she won't simply be taken out by the hand of Law and perhaps Killer, and Zoro/Kidd won't just override their burning desire to fiercefully take on Kaido.
