Soo, you think while even Luffy needed help to learn it, Sanji somehow managed to learn it by himself while making bentos for everyone.

If you think about it, it would be actually really dumb from Oda to make Sanji not even try to learn it.

Oh boy, brace yourself for WCI 2.0 if you expect that much out of Sanji, if Oda didnt show him training AT ALL unlike he did with Zoro and Luffy, and gave him a technology based power up not a haki one, why do you all still think he will magicaly get Ryou?

Nah. There are so many narrative decisions that I dislike since the Time Skip happened, that this would just be one more little thing to add to the list. Problem is, I'm too invested in One Piece to stop, despite all the things that I hate about it now.

But seriously, Oda is taking Sanji into the technological route for a reason, and that reason is definely not soo that he could instantly master something that took Luffy training to get by magic, specialy when haki has nothing to do with technology.

Maybe it should stop once you stop reading two piece and start reading the same manga we all are reading. I wonder where you all take this idea that Sanji is all that strong when even pre-ts all his enemies where subpar, even Jabura who was the only decent one was far less impressive than Kaku.

Now, would I prefer the cool suit waiter/cook, that (pardon me for the pun) KICKS ass, have a lot of cool moments where he outsmarts villains, had some hilarious fights (the fight against Mr2, and the "mellorine" gag is still one of the funniest and awesome things I've read in One Piece), or the generic "badass" sword guy?
To be fair, I didn't dislike a single SH before timeskip, but I was REALLY hoping for some character development.
Luffy is the same thing, Zoro doesn't struggle anymore, Sanji changed from the cool guy with perverted gag, to the perverted guy, chopper is pure merchandising trash, Nami and Robin became full pledged porn actresses, Usopp, for a BRIEF, VERY BRIEF, moment showed some potential. Got buffed and stuff, but reverted back to the same coward he was before. Franky is the same, but that's good. Franky is awesome. Brook is ok.
One Piece itself is older than its targeted audience. It's kinda inevitable to have these reactions to something that doesn't evolve at all.
As I said, i'm too addicted to stop, no matter how much these things bores me. But man I will drop dead before I think that Enma cutting the cliff scene was cool. That was just cringe. The "sword doesn't obey right away" thing happened with shuusui already. It's the SAME THING, now more exaggerated.
I REALLY hope that Zoro gets a cool fight again. These "oh i'm gonna trash talk you and beat yo ass with one shots" fights are plain boring. Pretty panels, but I can get better panels and scenes reading other stuff. Give me some Zoro vs Mr1 stuff again.

With the Ancient Zoan Dinosaurs Oda could just make Sanji's fire hotter to justify him getting through their defenses. (which is probably the route Oda's gonna go tbh) Its that Simple......Oda doesn't need to give Sanji Ryuo.
Ryuo is needed for Kaido's scales specifically, not the Dinosaurs.
Ryou is just haki
