You think is pride ...when it's not tbh.

He finds it silly believe me that's more fitting to his character.

No a single SHs thinks is for the armor ,is more to look "cool".

Ryuma simply looks like someone who doesn't have time for such things tbh.

Nami, Carrot and the Minks discuss on setting the date to a full moon to make use of Sulong.

Luffy is worried about Jinbe, and wonders if he escaped,if he is safe, and if he will arrive at Wano in time.

The Beast Pirates bombed the Sunny's hiding spot, all the ships, and the major bridges linking the locations.

Orochi has all the information on the 4000 people and the plan.

And still, i am pretty sure Orochi got tricked and the alliance is fine.

"Beast pirates bombed the hiding spot" and the other Locations doesnt mean These things got hit.

Since it was Ryuma slaying a dragon that drew the world’s attention to Wano and then resulted in a bunch of invasions that required Ryuma himself to deal with, I would not be surprised if the rulers of Wano (presumably the Kozuki Clan) decided to close Wano’s borders after Ryuma’s death.

After all, if the sole person that was wholly responsible for the successful repelling of all invaders suddenly died, you would not want anyone outside of Wano to know about it.
