And who decides what is ''right'' and what is ''wrong''? It's not you nor the country you life in that decides that. Every country have different rules and cultures. It's normal to eat cows in many countries, but not in india for example. The people in India would say it's not ''right'', so that means you are ''wrong''?
Moral/Cultural aspect can be different and Legal aspect is different though, like by law an adult can be charged by law for having physical relation with what the law would call a minor, And this is applies even if such a case has occured in the past(like they got married later but if charged the adult can be put on court), at least that is how the law is for most country.
For anyone interested in the topic, I would recommend watching the first episode of this series. It made me super unconfortbale in the first 5 mins(you know my morality and all), but it was a very good discussion, especially when it comes to explaining/arguing to/with kids/teenagers about the topic.
