This is gone beyond ridiculous. Placing Mihawk vs MHA verse is like placing Goku vs Narutoverse. A character that doesn't have any hax (or we yet to see it) vs verse with many haxes, but his stats are so outrageously above than his enemies, their hax becomes irrelevant. Unless MHA shows some NLF abilities like Top-Tier verses, Mihawk neg-diffs, and no headcannon and lowball will change that.
Just a compare and example, I take both profile pages of AllMight(the strongest MHA character) and Mihawk from OSB site:

Mihawk as top tier in one piece verse by scaling don´t gonna lose to a verse like MHA lol.

Where do you guys think prime All might would be? Wouldn't he be atleast high f6 level? Because if he is Mihawk is getting thrashed here

If all might is around yc level then it's Mihawk who's gonna get negged here
Prime All for one, Giganto machia and Shigaraki are around All might level
Give them all the Nomu's as suppurt and Add Twice who can make like 5 clones of each of these guys and let's see what Mihawk can do
