EVERYONE back than said OMG Sanji is 4th strongest or M4 and shit.
We know what happened just some chapters later. Robin was similar and even owned the whole fucking damn crew... And we see what happened
Jinbe has some hype as well... But he his against Who is Who while Zoro is standing tall against Yonkous and we don't know about Sanji.
On the same time both got power ups... While Jinbe not... Same as in EL.

Come again? Without his newest power up from daddy Judge, he is not above Franky. Non raid suit Judge's son got embarassed by base (no Shogun) Franky. Only thanks to daddy's suit now he's probably above Franky. Still not tiers above though. Both still received similar portrayal in fighting Flying Six.

Back in FMI Sanji and Jinbei were portrayed to be pretty close in power, performing pretty much the same against giant fish ****. Same can be said right now in Onigashima, Jinbei isn't really portrayed to be stronger than Sanji, hasn't done much that Sanji can't except for defelcting Akainu's attack back in MF. That's about it. Without the rs it's a 50/50 that goes either way imo, with it Sanji wins undoutedbly mid-high depending on how much it actually boosts his power.
