As @Ice devil slayer noticed, Luffy already bleeding with means we can expect more feats and attacks of the Yonkous. Seems like this going by a great fight chapter,it seems like our own provider didn't know more as usually. Their could be more crazy stuff in this chapter,Lance already hint twice something with open up the question what we gonna get in this chapter.

I know he had bruises before but not much as he had in that panel, the bruises with he had in the last chapters where actually from his Ulti battle(head), in this panel the blood+bruises are under his eye.
