Depends where one scales Zoro coming out of the TS.

To me "Base Zoro" ( Santoryu) was YC2/3 coming out of the TS. With Asura he would comfortably be a YC1.

Now after Enma/Firefox style i have Zoro at YC1 ( stronger end) and with Asura he would damn straight be a Low Top Tier.

Look at Luffy. Oda likes to give Luffy modes that allow him to compete at a higher level for a certain time. I don't think that Asura is that much of a "transformation", but it should significantly boost up all his stats to the next level.

The main boost was Zoros AP which Kaku was stupid enough to take because he was shocked that his attack was trashed by Zoro.

I don't think that all his combat stats were boosted up by that to that degree

Zoro trained under the Swordsman he aims to defeat, so for Zoro to know that he is ready to fight Mihawk again, he wants to defeat stronger opponents & so far only 2 Characters grabbed his attention & they are Fujitora & Kaido

IMO Zoro came out of TS in his Full Power second only to Admirals & Yonko
Hody was a joke to him, Supernova didn't interest him, Pica (The strongest he fought), he considered him very inferior,
He completely ignored Calamities & consider them unworthy of his time & even Denjiro who seem like Strongest Scabbard, Zoro didn't seem excited to meet him ... etc

From Zoro's Perspective, only an Admiral & a Yonko got his interest, Zoro was Top 10 hundreds of chapters ago lol

Attack Power boosted + Likely tripled
360 Vision + CoO takes away any blind stop
9 swords = 3 times the defense
More limbs would probably increase durability as well

That's a lot of boosts lok
