Are you sure? Here's when Zoro and Killer cut Kaido. You can see the specks of blood and Kaido's grunt of pain:
It looks like blood to me. Furthermore, in the next panel, we see Kaido feeling the attack. Afterwards, he compliments the both of them:
Why didn't Kaido think about:
The five silhouetted with Luffy were simply the people that beat Kaido or grievously wounded him.

-- the blood drawn there is all from Zoro rengoku onigiri that always slashes body with blood drops spreading and falling everywhere example killer himself .
-- fun fact Zoro slashed the right side of kaido and the blood is drawn beside Zoro while other blood is splittering everywhere.
- in other words the place Zoro attacked on panel while in action blood is draw << left side >> while killer attacked no blood is drawn beside the neck even in the next panel
- and other blood drops appear to spread and fall from Zoro slashing like the case against killer .

Kaido thinking about Luffy was epic!! He seems like a thinker....Compare his reaction to that of Big Mom's...He is gonna put SNs to hell before going down.
Killer thinking about putting a decent fight after seeing Luffy damaging Kaido was funny lol. None other Luffy know this haki so far it seems ( in the current group of SNs)
Kaido's thunder bagua seems like insanely fast and powerful attack. Luffy couldn't dodge it even with future sight.
Luffy, Law and Kidd arguing in front of Yonko was just so good lol. Their banter is top class. None of them cared about Big Mom.
Kaido gladly taking their attack and claiming that he is going to kill the Supernovas was epic again!! Think all of the Supernova are in their strongest possible form....Kaido wasn't damaged much at all. It's gonna be dark for supernovas in two three chapters. Hope they put in good fight for one more chapter. Their crushing defeat might be the end of act 3!!

Looks like @ImmaIvanoM may have been right with how the pictures are showing. Kidd doesn't have Ryou and Killer also didn't have it.
