Destro beam is powerful too at 100%. And we must remember that the destruction we saw from Destro beam was just a part of what he can really do. Shigaraki destroyed the stress bombs and reduced its effects.

Destro destruction should be higher at 100% if his stress bomb really lands

Tricky. Choze is probably all around faster but Re Destro can match him with his attack speed. In terms of raw power Re Destro is far stronger. Chose compares to Suiryu who’s best feat is lifting half of the MA tourney arena, while Re Destro’s attacks level city blocks. Choze does have those beams though which seem pretty powerful.

Could go either way probably, but I’d go with Re Destro because of his much greater strength.
