I can understand why with dragon since it's similar to Roger's case, but when you think at garp it means imu and the gorosei never trusted him as he never trusted them fully. As we all know Garp never wanted to be under direct command of the World Nobles.

This last ep of the anime really hyped garp, his portrayal was already greate in the manga. Not only Garp Op in general with the animation from wano till now really stepped up big time giving new hype to to this amazing franchise. That I would like to remember to the world is 27 years old and the anime has 1115 ep. Kudos to the animators that are bringing in new energy

I don't know why but the fact that the drawings are not finished makes this chapter way better from my point of view. It somehow fits with what it's said in the chapter adding something extra from my point of view. Hope Oda is fine though.
