And Franky could one shot a Jonin as well. we saw Gennins being regular Jonins easily. We saw Vice Admirals defeat Sea Kings, tank better attacks, and use Haki. What have we seen regular Jonins do?

The random Jonins don't have the Kekkei Genkai or the AP. And the Vice Admirals are physically stronger and have Haki which is a weaker version of Sage Mode. Random Vice Admirals clear Ramdom Jonins.

Gear 3 I don't count as a transformation. Tankman is the worst actual transformation.

armormentI don't think it should have been called "Advanced armament Haki", it should have just been another way of using it. And giving it to Swordsman feels like a cheap way to power them up.
