I think Wano was the only truly garbage arc in Post-TS. Overall I do think there's somewhat of a decline from Pre-TS but post Wano it's starting to pick things back up.

Zoro/Sanji don’t really act much like Rayleigh/Gaban at all. It’s just a parallel.

Forget CoC, Robin and Franky with no Haki whatsoever defeated Yonko officers. They might never get it at all and we'll still scale them to Commanders by EOS. Sanji's Germa enhancements can already keep up just fine with Zoro's adv CoC.

Sanji will become a top tier with or without CoC. Oda himself is barely consistent with his power system, he probably forgot about advanced CoC post-Wano.

Has there been any noteworthy battlefield strategy/tactic made by the Qin side, specifically Tou? Anything other than "attack anybody in your direct line of sight". It gets old seeing the same boring straightfoward clashes.
