Last chapter ended with the introduction of Candel, so this incoming chapter is most likely about her and her relationship with Brook, Gunko and her husband. Not the most interesting of chapters, but it guess a needed one for whatever flashback climax Oda is going for.

Sanji vs Viola is a foreshadowing to how women will be affected by Sanji's CoC.

Sanji's CoC will make women unable to fight him just like he can't fight them and that's how he'll stop ZaZa. There's no way Oda will have Sanji fight and hurt a women this late in the series even if he goes evil, it's just not happening with Oda, Wano put that plot thread in a bodybag already...
