I can forgive bringing back Frieza as more powerful than Buuhan (should've been canon Cooler, dammit!), but canonizing the Minus Bardock story is worse than Apoo.

Wano Country Arc = Zoro's Arc: Big bad wants to die, Zoro gives it to him.
My tier list (Yonkou & Admirals only):
1) Blackbeard (shhh)
2) Akainu, (Two-arm Shanks)
3) Aokiji, Shanks
4) Kaido
5) Kizaru, Big Mom
6) Ryokugyu, Fujitora
The one thing that suggest Kaido being the current strongest to me is his role as the penultimate boss before Blackbeard proves himself as Whitebeard 2.0. But I can't see him being above Shanks. I'll definitely place him above Fujitora, Ryokugyu, and even Kizaru, and MAYBE Aokiji. For me, Mihawk, Akainu, and Dragon are my suspected top top tiers (Shanks would be on here if he had two arms). -
