I think Rocks is Kaido and Big Mom's parallel not Blackbeard.

I think Luffy could've solo'd Cracker. It'd be a high diff, and he probably has to learn advanced CoA, but the reason that didn't happen is because the high diff is reserved for Katakuri. -
