Gaban said he not even feel that sort haki on GV. We know that Imu was on GV . What this tell us that In person Imu haki feel differnt . Could also mean his haki just on differnt level than everyone else that was even on GV . Then again if people want to say they gaban know the level of shanks...

I don't see half of the characters you talk about get downgrades when we see them fight . Kaido was fucking monster who fight 15 YC tier people while lifting island and KO luffy 4 times . Admrial also get great showing when they fight even vs high tiers . So we got agree to disagree there...

What gaban said here don't mean shanks don't have haki just as strong . It's not like Gaban has been around shanks all the time when he using his haki like in wano for eg . Shanks haki at least to there current level if people think other wise they not seeing how Oda setting up this character .

That translation with zoro part is hard to tell with chopper but whatever The were always going to fight minions and bever be as strong as luffy . This has always been case in OP even if some like to say other wise . The captain is just be and look so much more powerful than people under him .
