I definitely do, and I think if people continue following or consuming a series they start to think is failing or doomed, seems like a waste of time or deep down inside they still care and follow it anyway. A lot of members on this site acts tough but can’t get over their OP addiction.

The foreshadowing comes maybe the most from villains’ reactions to Luffy’s fruit. Especially Doflamingo questioning how can rubber behave like that when Luffy used G4.

I understand your point. My criticism is that instead of it being a more subversive pirate manga fantasy adventure it turned into a more Disney esque, mascot catchy, Mickey Mouse franchise (thus the rounder more childish designs compared to the more offbeat and mature take to his art style)...
