For me the two only acceptable scenarios are:
1) Sommers come back, regenerating every piece of his body. Get a power boost from Imu and fight Sanji, with the latter unclocking CoC.
2) Sommers does not come back, or come back but do not fight Sanji. Sanji gets to fight one between Dori and...

I think it's more like if a character have "fights" it is viewed as getting more importance that the ones who don't. And this is absolutely wrong. Because some hardcore fans are only thinking about fights and not about the other things.

This is the umpteenth proof of how someone can't comprehend translation and context creating his own beliefs based on false truths.
