I agree. I always said, and I'm sure was not the only one, that CoC coating it's just a surplus when we already have CoA. If I were Oda I would have expanded the "aura" aspect of CoC, the one that makes you faint. Maybe he will, we know that there is also the "observation killer" side of things...

I only translated the Sanji bit days ago and it mention his bounty. This translation does not. I wonder how this thing got translated in it's entirety and having some doubts

There is also the opposite. Oda sometimes like to subvert expectations (Gear fifth right?) and the one who get domi reversed will be Zoro. I would not exclude this possibility at all, even though Sanji is more likely to get it.
