It seems like Loki's Zooan will be bigger than Kaido's regular Zooan, but I doubt it will be bigger than Blazing Bagua. It said "giant Luffy" is small compared to Loki's horns, but we know giant Luffy ~ Kaido's head, and that's still much smaller than BB's horns.
