CoC at the very least depends on your overall level without it (physical strength, CoA, CoO, etc.) So that was definitely boosted. But I don't see why all Haki wouldn't be boosted. Imu gives an overall buff.

See comment above. Marines have a leader. Subordinates don't count. But within Marines 1 FA > 3 Admirals > 100 VAs etc..

Admirals are subordinate to the Fleet Admiral. They're like the 3 Sweet Commanders or 3 Calamities. The Fleet Admiral = Yonko

Rule of thumb is, the more there are in a group the weaker they are on average. Yonko > Gorosei > Warlord > Holy Roppo

I think all regen works the same way. The more you attack them, the longer it will to take regen. But with Rocks/Harald since they had a CoC shield, you just needed a much stronger finisher laced with ACoC.
