So what? After Jinbei joined while being a side character in Fisher Tiger's flashback this argument became irrelevant anyway. We're getting a Rocks flashback within Loki's flashback, presumably because it sets up the event 20 years ago. Loki will presumably still be the main focus of his...
Ya'll, we aren't even in the Loki flashback. Loki's flashback is the 20 years ago one that got paused for this. Ya'll are really looking at 3 chapters of what is clearly the Rocks flashback and going "man, Loki's flashback isn't very nakama like". Be patient, we'll go back to Loki's story after...
And here we see the real reason people are ignoring Luffy's invitation. It's all about the agendas. Loki for nakama people are just taking the manga at face value, even though it destroys some of our agendas, like my Yamato agenda. But for powerscalers, all that matters is the effect it will...
It's wild to me how people are scaling Loki so high with such confidence before ever seeing him fight. Not even based on what people said about him, but based on your assumtions of what might have happened based on what one person said.
Even if Gaban said Loki was stronger than him or that...
Zoro and Sanji will surpass prime Rayleigh and Gaban by eos. Them surpassing old retired Rayleigh and Gaban this arc makes perfect sense. Also, Loki vs San Juan is dumb. Way too easy. I still think Robin fights San Juan with a giant clone and Loki fights Kuzan.
Loki didn't threaten to kill Luffy when he asked. Unless you're talking about when they first met and not when Luffy invited him, in which case we're going back to the old "but Franky beat up Ussop" argument.
Okay, I'm not going to bother continuing this since the crux of your argument is just a different interpretation of one line than I have. Not much of a point to this. I'll just leave it by saying I do agree he's certainly stronger than current Sanji, but if Sanji gets CoC like Oda's been...
All Gaban said was "No one was able to do it until then". He didn't say that no one on elbaph could have, just that no one did. Nothing he said in any way implies he couldn't beat Loki if he tried.
And again, I don't need to prove anything. My position is that we don't know how strong Loki is...
So you're either claiming Gaban tried and failed to stop loki, which again, is speculation, or you're just claiming Gaban think Loki is really strong, which isn't anything. All of the Loki power level arguments are extremely weak, and it's the only argument against him joining.
So because he's the strongest in elbaf and Gaban basically says he's really strong, that makes him above Zoro and Sanji, even after any possible powerup this arc? And that's the reason he can't join? Forgive me if I put more weight in Luffy's invitation and fixation on him than that.
I don't have to prove Gaban didn't fight Loki. The burden of proof is on you since you're the one claiming he did. And the only evidence you have is speculation/headcannon. And for all we know, Gaban just meant that Loki also has CoC so he can damage the holy knights. None of what you're saying...
I never said the M3 don't matter. Don't make up strawmen. All Gaban said was "Shanks was the one that stopped him. No one was able to do it until then". To claim that means Loki>Gaban requires proof that Gaban tried to stop him. You're just assuming it, which is headcannon. So far, all we know...
This power level stuff is pointless. We can't extrapolate how strong he is now based on what he did as a baby, that makes no sense. All Gaban says is that Shanks is the one who beat him. He doesn't give a list of people who tried and failed. And a 2.6 billion bounty is lower than Kid and Law...
