Nothing in One Piece comes close to the Akatsuki. If the warlords (Hancock, Mihawk and Doffy) were to have more screentime then maybe. Again, nothing in One Piece has the same charm and aura as the Akatsuki.

After witnessing the current level of Oda's writing, I'd rather leave this fight as a good headcanon than Oda giving it some lazy sell-out hype tool treatment. Just off-screen it, will be less disappointing than whatever Oda would come up with. Sad to think this way, right?

Boa Hancock is already stronger than a Yonko, so I only need her to be a bit more important to the plot and One Piece will be more enjoyable again.
