You know, if these arrows that were used on Sabo AND Cobra were actually Gunko it'd create an interesting narrative point. Cause you could make an argument of the interesting thing of somebody important to Brook being the active reason that Vivi's father is dead.

The narration actually never says the prophecy is wrong. It just says that every calamity is attributed to Loki's curse. Now the narrative framing is suggesting that it's not actually true, but it's never stated not to be.
