It's a tone issue. Are we supposed to sympathize with Ginny but also root for everyone who's acting like an animal toward Shakky? I get that he often shows both sides as somewhat sympathetic, but the tone issue this time is very glaring. Wano also had some of this going on.
I've been wondering if Gunko was raised from birth as a servant/vessel for Imu. Some kind of high priestess situation or maybe she's from a family of Imu royal servants. The Blade of God is an awesome title for her
Chapter of the year, they said.
Can I just ask what is the point of saving these race reveals? Like what would effectively be the difference for the reader if Kuma was introduced as a Buccaneer or Xebec as a Davy, etc? We still wouldn't know what that actually means, so it wouldn't give away...
It's probably referring to Garp since that's his nickname, but there are definitely several people who are going to be heroes in GV!
Ginny, Ray, Garp, Dragon, Roger(?), Gloriosa(?), plus hopefully a Kuja ship arrives
Idk if this is Oda's intent or just some numbers, but I just realized you can pronounce 1160 as "Hero" with goroawase
ヒーロー
1= hi
1= i
6= ro
0= o
Rayleigh to the rescue
I thought there was a plot reason that Shanks mom was called wise by the GV citizens, but maybe not. She seems pretty naive. Maybe they just meant that she was well educated.
It's perfect, Kiz :endthis:
Top work! TikTok Mihok, even. BrainrotHawk and Zorizzler!
Mihawk does have a particular way of speaking! I agree with you about their dynamic too. I like the antagonism between them instead of the "my beloved pupil" we get in other stories.
