Pre ts 8.5 Post ts 6-7 It's really hard to put a numeric value on manga. Like are we talking about popularity, sales, recognition value, influential value, adherence to principles of structure and plot, enjoyment, etc. I would probably have a different #1 for each of those.

Idk about him being the final villain, but he's so arrogant to the point that he probably believes he deserves to be the one who wields Imu's powers. I wouldn't be surprised to find out his loyalty is fake. He might make a move for power but not become the main villain.
