This just shows you how busted top tier Logia are. If you don't have one you need ACoC to compensate and be Admiral lvl.

He only needed 1 or so arc of focus and he dethroned Zoro, never forget. I also believe Oda rigged it for Luffy in that poll cause the numbers were way too close for comfort.

Marine tax. People have a hate boner for Marines, I guess it's because they remind them of the authorities abusing power. Every Marine character goes up 15 spots if they were pirates.

Smoker was my favourite Marine pre timeskip. He was in my top 5. What a falloff. He got replaced by Fujitora. The thing is each character has a distinct touch to their voice while still being recognizable. Mark of an elite voice actor where he can keep his signature voice but a different tone...

It's funny how despite all the screentime and Garp glaze, Smoker is still the most popular marine. He legit could have been top 10 if he wasn't treated like shit.

We really saw the gap when he stomped Nanami, Maki and Naobito, and them confirming he is leagues above Dagon who was whooping their ass.

He's really really strong. Kinyagi likes to pretend he's stronger than Toji though.
