The very fact that Gear 5 used lightning to demonstrate how fast he was now, just shows you lightning is not to be underestimated even in the One Piece verse. Gear 5 Luffy is the apex of the verse.
Lightspeed is so fast in the One Piece verse that nobody, not even a Gorosei noticed when Kizaru...
Durability is one area the mid tier OP characters excel at for sure. Clearly has Narutoverse beat there.
Though by the war arc characters could tank bijuu bombs. So even here the top tier characters started addressing it.
There are thousands of speed feat contradictions in One Piece, I would go on for days if I listed every single contradiction.

That's part of reaction speed, striking speed is baked closely with reactions. Reaction speed isn't about mental reactions, it's about your body being able to react.
Travel speed/Mobility is an entirely different thing. Jimbei was nowhere near as mobile as WsW.

Also, like I said earlier, reaction...
Here's your "post timeskip" character who fought on the rooftop admitting they can't keep pace with 200km/h and needs to ride a lion dog to try and catch up. :saden:

Most one piece characters aren't moving at lightning speed. They can react to it though, but traversing at those speeds is an entirely different discussion. This is one of the major perks of the goro goro no mi, it gives you lightning mobility.
It's the same deal with Kizaru, just cause they...
@Sentinel gifting Fuji rokushiki powers out of the blue was the funniest thing I've seen today, this is what a desperate OPtard looks like folks. :suresure:
One Piece fans really got hit with a reality check with this flashback. It's been hilarious to watch these guys gas this verse up for years only to cap at city block lvl.
