I hope not. What I'd like from Admirals are all out fights, more haki usage and logia awakenings. DR would get in the way of that imo.

I think he means Luffy after he got gutted like a fish by Imu. Which is probably a decent nerf, having a big demon sword all up in your bits can't be very pleasant. That said we can't really tell until next chapter given how Luffy has ridiculous recovery due to eating.

He was spitting blood when he entered the island, I can see Gunko revealing his weakness or something that can make him go away.....that or Bonney ages Luffy to his prime (unlikely).
