The fact that sanji is gonne unlock it doesn't mean he must have it to defeat queen, we saw sanji fighting with hybrid queen and he was fine

I'm not crazy about Sanji getting genetic modifications if that's what's happening (seems like it might be) but him getting any sort of power-up seems cool. If it's something new or unique from his brothers then maybe. Zoro being a Shimotsuki (if that ends up being where this heads) seems cool so long as it doesn't drastically change anything. I'm happy to see Luffy's ready for his next fight against Kaido though I'm not thrilled about the Momo stuff. Hopefully Hybrid Jack beats non-Sulong Inu.
