No it doesn't. This is the process of creating a black blade. Zoro will be the reason the blade becomes black. Not the other way around.

Zoro fusing with enma is him adding his blackened haki to enma.
That's wrong. When a black blade is created it doesn't improve the quality of the blade. It makes the blade stronger, harder and unbreakable.
IE: When Zoro turns enma into a black blade it will still be a one of the 21 great grade blades. Its rank will be a black blade rank but quality 21 great grade blades.
The manga tells us there are 12 supreme grade blades. That is a fixed number. If it wasn't then you can't say there's 12 supreme grade blades because at any time there could be 13 or even more.

I agree, enma does have a very unique power but it's still an inferior sword to shisui. Kaido and Big Mom did freak out over Zoro when he used his flying dragon blaze but that was because of the amount and strength of his barrier haki. It's similar to when Zoro blocked Hakai with his barrier haki.
The weapon great system has to do with the quality of the blade. It'ss like the difference between a $100 sword compared to a $1000 sword in real life. The higher the grade the better quality the blade. That's the reason Zoro's wado didn't break against Mihawk while his other two swords did.
Zoro fusing with enma has nothing to do with enma and everything to do with Zoro. It's the process to create a black blade. He's fusing his blackened haki with enma to create or forge a black blade. Zoro can't fuse with shisui because it's already a black blade.
No it's not you can exchange Enma for any of the swords on the same grade and you wouldn't lose anything or be any weaker if anything Shsui that's already a black blade is more durable than the other swords. As for the the extraction of haki you mentioned million times that only happens during the stage where the user has not mastered it. If you want example of that look at Zoro fighting king now, he has full mastery over the amount of haki he uses. Enma cant extract anything it's Zoro regulating his haki perfectly just like how Oden used Enma.

I don't think he needs one. Right now he has 2
great grade swords and 1 grade sword. I'm pretty confident his third generation demon splitter will be broken and he will replace it with the second generation demon splitter. That will put all 3 of his swords on the same grade. By turning all three swords black his swords will become unbreakable. Once that happens he shouldn't need a higher grade.
I believe the blade grades is a cool concept but the second we learned swordsman forge black blades the grades doesn't mean much anymore. A black blade, at least in a certain way, will always be stronger than a non-black blade because a black blade can't be broken.
Of course the question is what will happen when two swordsmen that both possess black blades clash. The winning of the battle will probably be determined by the swordsman who has the stronger haki and/or greater cutting power.

Is the "transformation" possible? Well, it isn't really a transformation, we saw how it looks like when Enma sucks out alot of Haki and here it isn't really different except now half of his body is getting sucked, not only his arm. So it should be possible for Zoro to look like that.
