Not even Luffy told Kaido that he had the same FS as Katakuri or something like that lol.

Totally, he got everything that the others had + more overall screentime + a backstory with important characters like Judge and especially Vegapunk

He also has no mentions or introductions until just before his fight, unlike Doflamingo and Kaido who had hundreds of chapters of build up.

Which implies that Katakuri is as much of a side villain as you can be.

Don't get be started with King. Jack the third calamity had more build up as villain than King. Oda tried to salvage him with the corny flashback but it was too late by then.

He has advanced observation, kings haki and devil fruit awakening. King has none lol.
Plus his bounty is separates from the rest of the sweet commanders. King and Queen bounties are essentially in the same ball park.
