They got it because they defeated 2 Yonko together with Luffy. (and they are the captains)
Zoro should get a bigger bounty than King because he beat him doesn't apply anymore.
Getting a 1B bounty just like Katakuri another ex Yonko 1st commander is high enough.
The WG doesn't give a shit about the feats he performed in the raid
It's wasn't a 3v2. It was a 1v1 and 2v1 battle.

The WG cared about Luffy awakening his DF. They didn't care about Law and Kid's DF. Luffy has a fleet and powerful crew. Law and Kid don't.

You see, it doesn't make sense.

Based on your statement Zoro could get a 2 billion bounty. He helped take off out a powerful crew like Kid and Law.

If Oda felt that inclined to give Greenbull a weapon, it should have been something more relatable to his powers; like a Sickle would have worked perfectly, it's a farmers tool used to cut various plants. The irony of him having a weapon that would in a way be against the very nature of his being would have been hilarious. But Also a tinge of terror, as he looms over his enemy looking like the grim reaper, the polar opposite of giving life, which is what his powers are in a way.

Kid and Law doesn't deserve Luffy's bounty. I know they share this bounty, because they are in an alliance with Luffy and they get the same credit, but that is crazy! Luffy beat Kaidou solo, but Law and Kid didn't even beat BM in a 2 vs 1 - she lost to bombs. Luffy also had 1 whole billion more than them to begin with...
Oda just tries too hard to keep this dead rivalry going - Oda...we see what happens in the manga and they are not on the same level...

There is a reason why Zoro assumed King is a swordsman before saying what he said about him. King demonstrated the skills of a swordsman during the fight. He only said he doesn't confine himself to one style of fighting meaning he is a swordsman and more, not that he isn't a swordsman.
King literally just swung his sword once before Zoro stated that. What skills did he show lol.

How can we confirm he learned it when he never used it? If he learned them, then he too would be a swordsman. Since he never showed any skills of a swordsman, he isn't one until we're told otherwise.
there is more you can do with the assumption that he was a regular user of a sword given how big of a deal was made out of his sword breaking on Sanji and that its impossible even with haki and Queen shares the same opinion and later we learn that he has fought masters of armament haki which does allude to him actually using his blades against his opponents and has cut haki before and has seemingly never broken his blade to someone's durability.

you can say that he is a swordsman in the same sense as Kyros or king where they rely on their brute strength with the blade to overcome their opponents.. and in Queen's case the blade that likely hasn't shattered to armament masters was not durable enough to sustain the force he generated and overcome sanji's Exoskeleton..

so it shows Queen's skills with the sword wasn't as majestic as zoro or Mihawk or even someone like Cavendish but.. he relied on his sword nonetheless.
