People saying like Zoro gets hurt by it like Hakai was weaker than Shanks attack.
People are really saying Shanks who was scared to fight Big Mom and Kaido for their Poneglyphs is stronger than them both together only to downplay Zoro.
Zoro without his COC and CoA boost could block hakai for a few seconds. I'm sure current Zoro if he couldn't block DD would at least deflect it. He wouldn't outright be overwhelmed and 1 shot like Kidd did. Kidd lost so bad because he doesn't use strong haki and relies on metal for both offense and defense.
Zoro blocked hakai point blank. While luffy was busy foreseeing it, zoro was already on the way blocking it.
That's something that an officially future sight using 1.5B main character couldn't do.
Due to his CoC experience Zoro would not get oneshotted like this. I think it would happen the same result when Zoro faced Fujitora. He got overpowered but he came back without major injury. After this i don't think current Zoro would keep up for long and would lose.
I think Zoro would not try to kill the Shanks fleet, because he is a good person,so Shanks would not try to hit him with Divine Departure. But if Shanks did it anyway,Zoro would lose in the same way Kidd did.
I feel like you guys have really poor reading comprehension. It's intentionally left ambiguous whether Divine Departure is actually what took Kidd out. Shanks destroyed Kidd's railgun as it was firing which caused it to blow up in his face
