That's never tagging him. BM only landed that on her own unsuspecting giant dino ally.

However we can say G5 WSG > that basic adcoc punch x10000. And if WSG only temporarily knocked Kizaru down then he straight up eats this punch without any major issues.

Reminder though no shot it ever connects. Luffy has FS + G5 speed, BM had an offguard ally.
